Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from HatNoble.
HatNoble is operated by Yiwu Bapai Trading Co., Ltd, a business registered in China. Throughout this policy, “HatNoble”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the HatNoble brand and its operating entity.
At HatNoble, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With original tags and packaging, if applicable
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@hatnoble.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@hatnoble.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Exchanges
If you need a different color, size, or style, please contact us at hello@hatnoble.com.
The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hatnoble.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
